We operate on fairness and aligned interests. If one side of an arrangement has to lose for it to work, it does not work, it has simply not finished failing yet.
That is not a sentiment. It is the only structure under which anybody comes back, and repeat is the entire business.
We do not charge anything before delivering.
No retainers, no engagement fees, no deposits held against work that has not happened. If we have not delivered, there is nothing to invoice, and the risk of us being wrong belongs to us rather than to you.
What we do ask for, once the result exists and you are satisfied with it, is a fair market percentage. Not a generous one and not a discounted one. The market rate, on work that is already done and already good.
That arrangement is deliberately uncomfortable for us and deliberately safe for you. It means we only make money on outcomes, and it means we decline work we do not think we can deliver, which is the most useful filter either party could ask for.
